Responsibilities
- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models.
- Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships.
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Develop personal sales and clienteling strategies.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
- Drive business through sales strategies and clienteling.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate pricing strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Maintain store standards and complete daily operational tasks.
- Support store inventory processes and cash-wrap operations.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

Experience Requirements
