1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
3. Assist with the processing of new shipments and help the team keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized.
4. Actively seek out customers in-store and offer assistance.
5. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
6. Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
7. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
8. Build productive trust relationships with customers.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
3. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
4. Strong organizational skills.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
