1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships.
2. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
3. Develop personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
4. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate selling and service expectations consistently.
5. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
6. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and adhere to retail policies and procedures.
8. Support store operations including inventory replenishment, cash-wrap processing, and visual merchandising.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
3. Interpersonal savvy and ability to relate well to diverse individuals.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
5. Perseverance and drive for results.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range $15.00 to $17.25 hourly.
