1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and store performance goals.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
4. Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
5. Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
6. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

8. Adapt to changing business needs and provide solutions to operational challenges.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
5. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
