- Deliver renowned and authentic service to create a Modern Luxury customer experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and train team members.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic clienteling and relationship-building.

- Establish credibility as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying informed on market competition and trends.
- 1-3 years of selling experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
