1. Engage customers with exemplary service to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Coach products and brand philosophy to effectively communicate with customers.
3. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and stocked according to company standards.
4. Support asset protection initiatives to prevent loss and ensure the safety of store assets.

1. Previous experience in retail sales or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

High school diploma or equivalent.
