1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to enhance customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
4. Understand local market changes and support execution of sales strategies.
5. Provide in-depth product knowledge and leverage cross-selling skills.
6. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and inventory replenishment.
7. Process customer transactions efficiently and support cash-wrap operations.
8. Foster a team selling environment and build lasting customer relationships.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.92 to $17.75 per hour.
