1. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships.
2. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
4. Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach standards.
6. Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
7. Support store inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
8. Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
5. Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and lift up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
