Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts the store.
- Act as a brand ambassador.
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor.
- Consistently achieve sales goals.
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously.
- Anticipate and meet customers’ needs.
- Service all customers according to the Coach Approach standards.
- Participate as a team member and encourage team performance.
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions.
- Demonstrate professional ethics.
Qualifications
- Very good English proficiency (essential).
- Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential).
- Background in working in luxury retail (desirable).
Skills
- Effective communication with customers and staff.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor.
