Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships.
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
- Develop personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate selling and service expectations consistently.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Tailor approach to meet individual customer needs and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Follow up with customers to influence and close sales.
- Leverage Coach's tools and technology to support clienteling efforts.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Support store inventory processes and efficiently process customer transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail technology and tools.
Prior experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
