- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships.
- Align decisions with organizational objectives and company priorities.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Understand local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Tailor approach to meet unique customer needs and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Follow up with customers to influence and close sales.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and asset protection.
- Replenish inventory and support store inventory processes.
- Ability to align personal goals with organizational objectives.

- Strong understanding of local market dynamics.

Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $15.75 per hour.
