Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Maintain awareness of personal and store metrics, creating strategies to achieve performance goals.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Adapt to local market changes and support the execution of sales strategies.
- Build and sustain productive customer relationships through personalized experiences.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Utilize cross-selling skills to enhance customer purchases and meet their shopping needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
- Support daily operational tasks, including inventory management and cash-wrap processes.
- Foster a team-oriented environment, promoting trust and collaboration.
- Adapt to changing business needs and maintain a professional demeanor.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Creativity in problem-solving and idea generation.
- Interpersonal savvy and effective communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Perseverance and drive to achieve results.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
