Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, development, and execution of direct marketing programs, including brand messages, targeted campaigns, and triggered campaigns.
- Proactively bring ideas to improve the overall program and champion change with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Write effective creative briefs that align with brand priorities and merchandising strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with leadership, senior management, and outside vendors.
- Proactively manage projects, schedules, and priorities to meet timelines and budget expectations.
- Analyze and communicate results, applying learnings to future campaigns.
- Identify and implement new tests and tactics to drive improved results.
- Optimize trigger-based programs for customer engagement and productivity.
- Manage email enhancements including personalization and segmentation.
- Grow and optimize SMS as a key channel.
- Partner with media team to develop retention strategy for new customers.
- Manage growth and development of Associate Manager, Retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience and knowledge of digital technology.

Experience Requirements
5+ years of relevant marketing experience and knowledge of digital technology.
Compensation
Base pay range $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.
