Coach Manager, Retention Marketing

- Lead the execution of retention marketing efforts for the Coach Retail business, including broadcast and trigger email programs.
- Develop and implement strategies for direct mail and SMS channels.
- Manage planning, development, and execution of direct marketing programs, encompassing brand messages, targeted campaigns, and triggered campaigns based on customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive program improvements and champion change.
- Craft effective creative briefs that align with brand priorities and merchandising strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with business unit leaders, senior management, and external vendors.
- Oversee project management to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, applying insights to future initiatives.
- Innovate and implement new tests and tactics to enhance program results.
- Optimize trigger-based programs for increased customer engagement and productivity.
- Expand and refine SMS channel strategies, including signups and lifecycle marketing.
- Collaborate with media teams to develop retention strategies for new customers via digital channels.
- Mentor and develop the Associate Manager, Retention.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital technology.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.
- Proficient in planning and deadline management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a focus on digital technology and retention strategies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Base pay range from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
