1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff to enhance sales performance and customer service.
2. Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
3. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
4. Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices into training initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in retail training and development, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
