1. Develop and implement training programs for retail staff to enhance sales performance and customer service.
2. Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as necessary.
4. Support the onboarding process of new retail employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
5. Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote product knowledge and brand values.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in retail training and development.
3. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and sales strategies.

2. Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail training or development role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
