1. Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment is timely and accurate.
5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
