1. Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering a variety of questions concerning general merchandise.
2. Maintain the store's visual standards and ensure merchandise is well-organized and presented.
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
4. Support the store management team in achieving sales goals and operational objectives.
5. Participate in inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment.

1. Previous retail experience preferred, particularly in luxury or fashion sectors.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
