1. Provide excellent customer service and meet customer expectations.
2. Utilize knowledge of fashion trends and competition to enhance customer experience.
3. Operate cash register systems and handle transactions.
4. Maintain sales floor, shelves, and stock room organization.
5. Assist in product shipment and transfers.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
3. Capability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Coach offers a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate high retail traffic and sales days.
