1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

6. Adhere to Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including working flexible hours during peak retail periods.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.

1-3 years of prior retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service setting.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
