1. Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide product information.
2. Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals.
4. Ensure merchandise is presented according to Coach's visual standards.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
7. Support store operations and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

1. Previous retail experience is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Customer service-oriented mindset.

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
