Coach Lead Supervisor

- Ensure completion of daily tasks while maintaining Coach's service standards.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to achieve goals using company tools.
- Recruit staff to positively impact sales and business needs.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Associate Manager to address business needs.
- Enhance personal and team product knowledge and stay informed about current collections.
- Encourage long-term customer relationships to drive business.
- Resolve customer issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach.
- Adapt approach based on customer and team cues.
- Influence customer purchase decisions with balanced patience and assertiveness.
- Coach team on incorporating trends into customer interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Create positive impressions through appropriate business attire consistent with Coach's style guide.
- Build credibility as a fashion advisor by communicating fashion awareness and trends.
- Understand local market changes and support execution of local sales strategies.
- Develop and implement clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and customer relationship management.
- Take ownership of delivering results and achieving personal and store metrics.
- Hold sales team accountable for personal productivity.
- Communicate sales/productivity goals and track store performance.
- Maximize floor supervisor role to deliver strong metrics through team selling.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Associate Manager to adapt business strategies.
- Enforce sales strategies and growth across all categories.
- Model and develop team to deliver Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Align decisions with organizational objectives and company priorities.
- At least 1 year of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
- Effective communication with customers and team.
- Mobility to maneuver sales floor and stock room.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
A minimum of one year in a management role within luxury retail, demonstrating familiarity with fashion trends and competitive market dynamics.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
