- Collaborate with Store Manager and Associate Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance store and financial results.
- Maximize floor supervisor role to achieve strong metrics through team selling.
- Communicate and track sales/productivity goals, ensuring team accountability.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement a clienteling strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Understand local market changes and support execution of local sales strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Coach team on incorporating fashion trends into customer interactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Recruit and develop top talent to support business needs.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including selling, service, payroll, and loss prevention.
- Leverage retail systems and reporting tools to support business operations.
- At least 1 year of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
- Leadership and team development capabilities.
A minimum of one year in a managerial role within a luxury retail setting is required.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
