Retail Lead Supervisor

1. Align decisions with company priorities and values in partnership with Store Manager and Associate Manager(s).
2. Develop and model team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
3. Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Adapt store business strategies to contribute to overall store and financial results.
5. Maximize team selling to achieve sales and productivity goals.
6. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and customer relationship management.
7. Develop and monitor clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
8. Understand local market changes and support execution of local sales strategies.
9. Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business.
10. Coach team on incorporating trends into the selling experience.
11. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
12. Recruit and develop team members to meet business needs.
13. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.

1. At least 1 year of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

1. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Experience using retail systems (labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting).
3. Strong business acumen.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

At least 1 year of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
