1. Conduct compensation analysis and manage labor budgets in collaboration with the Retail FP&A and Retail Teams.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations.
3. Facilitate communication strategies and practices for HR agendas, including Change Management and Equity, Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with Korean labor laws and company policies, fostering a culture of service and teamwork.
5. Oversee the operation of the Labor Management Council and support Retail Employee Relations and HR Compliance.
6. Provide training on employee relations matters for managers and HR teams.
7. Manage employment processes, including field sales internships, and participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
