1. Support people cost analysis by collaborating with Retail FP&A Team and Retail Team.
2. Support budget management process for strategic business planning.
3. Develop an understanding of employee engagement and support initiatives to achieve engagement targets.
4. Maintain positive employee relations through communication strategies and practices for HR agendas such as Change Management and Equity, Inclusion & Diversity.
5. Foster a culture of service and teamwork at all levels.
6. Develop arrangements for collective consultation and communication in compliance with Korean labor laws and company policies.
7. Manage HR administrative processes throughout the employee journey in the talent management cycle.
8. Operate the Labor Management Council (VOTE – Voice of Tapestry).
9. Support Retail Employee Relations and HR Compliance.
10. Advocate for local compliance initiatives and support implementation.
11. Provide training on employee relations matters for managers, HR teams, and associate forum representatives.
12. Manage employment including field sales internships.
13. Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
