Responsibilities
- Support people cost analysis by collaborating with Retail FP&A Team and Retail Team.
- Support budget management process for strategic business planning.
- Develop an understanding of employee engagement and support initiatives to achieve engagement targets.
- Maintain positive employee relations through communication strategies and practices for HR agendas such as Change Management and Equity, Inclusion & Diversity.
- Foster a culture of service and teamwork at all levels.
- Develop arrangements for collective consultation and communication in compliance with Korean labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HR administrative processes throughout the employee journey in the talent management cycle.
- Operate the Labor Management Council (VOTE – Voice of Tapestry).
- Support Retail Employee Relations and HR Compliance.
- Advocate for local compliance initiatives and support implementation.
- Provide training on employee relations matters for managers, HR teams, and associate forum representatives.
- Manage employment including field sales internships.
- Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
