1. Drive retail excellence initiatives across the West Region to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
