1. Oversee technical aspects throughout product development stages to ensure adherence to Coach's high-quality standards and efficient production across multiple high-volume manufacturing facilities.
2. Collaborate with Product Development on Design Card reviews to identify potential technical challenges.
3. Resolve technical issues with Service Providers during development phases.
4. Review and provide feedback on samples.
5. Manage and engineer product patterns, ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
6. Participate in handover meetings with Quality Management and Service Providers to offer technical support.
7. Collaborate with Material teams on the Fit for Purpose process.
8. Work with Product Development and Costing Management to optimize cost efficiencies.
9. Contribute to the establishment of best practices.
10. Upload comments and patterns to the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
11. Request and follow up on product testing.
12. Communicate with the New York team as necessary.

Proven experience in product development within the fashion or luxury goods industry, with a focus on technical engineering and quality assurance.
