1. Engage in daily communication with the Head of Development and regional office to ensure product designs meet aesthetic requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
2. Collaborate with the engineering team to uphold high product quality standards.
3. Ensure sample schedules are adhered to and closely monitor production timelines.
4. Support and approve samples at various stages of the product development and commercialization process.
5. Maintain information accuracy and ensure product integrity by facilitating cross-functional information sharing.

1. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product development.
2. Experience in the development of bags, wallets, and accessories, or related products.
3. Familiarity with leather, fabrics, printing, and embroidery techniques.
4. Previous experience with an internationally operating brand is strongly preferred.
5. Good sourcing connections in the region.
6. Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous.

1. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
2. Attention to detail with a good eye for style and product aesthetics.
3. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
5. Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years in product development, preferably with experience in the luxury fashion industry and international brand operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
