Responsibilities
- Oversee performance marketing on Tmall and JD to drive business through SEM, Feeds, and AI channels.
- Develop monthly performance plans with efficient budget allocation and product metrics.
- Optimize performance marketing on Tmall and JD to meet sales targets and new recruitment KPIs.
- Support Tmall and JD platform IP and e-marketing collaboration.
- Conduct data and consumer journey insight analysis.
- Develop wholesale performance marketing strategies and collaborate with teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce.
- In-depth knowledge of major Chinese digital platforms such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Little Red Book.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Skills
- Solid data analysis skills for smart bidding.
- Logical thinking to manage cross-platform duplicates and benefits.
- Strong communication skills to lead agencies in achieving targets.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce with a focus on major Chinese digital platforms and consumer behaviors.
