1. Oversee performance marketing on Tmall and JD platforms to drive business through SEM, Feeds, and AI channels.
2. Develop comprehensive monthly performance plans with efficient budget allocation and product metrics.
3. Optimize marketing performance on Tmall and JD to achieve sales targets and new customer acquisition KPIs.
4. Support platform IP and e-marketing collaborations on Tmall and JD.
5. Conduct data analysis and consumer journey insights.
6. Develop and implement wholesale performance marketing strategies in collaboration with partners.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce.
2. In-depth knowledge of major Chinese digital platforms such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Little Red Book.
3. Fluency in both English and Mandarin.

1. Strong data analysis skills for smart bidding processes.
2. Logical thinking for managing cross-platform operations.
3. Excellent communication skills to lead agencies in achieving targets.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in ecommerce, with a strong understanding of Chinese digital platforms and consumer behavior.
