Coach Omni Operations Coordinator

- Manage daily operations of Coffee Shop systems and vendor support, focusing on Omni Channel selling environments.
- Collaborate with vendors and corporate partners to enhance system processes and updates.
- Act as the primary liaison for Coffee Shop operations vendors, managing ordering processes and invoice management.
- Support the execution of BuyingHub processes for vendor engagement related to Coffee Shop operations.
- Oversee inbound communications from Coffee Shops, resolving issues in collaboration with vendors.
- Assist in managing the Coffee Shop Uniform program.
- Monitor and manage store order fulfillment via the Order Management System (OMS).
- Collaborate with the End to End Fulfillment team for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop in-store tools and services to enhance Omni capabilities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-store processes, applications, and systems.
- Stay informed about policy and procedure changes, defining requirements for necessary updates.
- Support Store Operations initiatives and projects as needed.
- Monitor email after hours to address urgent issues.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve proactively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective time management skills.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Base pay range from $65,000.00 to $70,000.00.
