1. Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to streamline office supply processes.
4. Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
5. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to maintain office functionality.
6. Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and conferences.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in office management or administration.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or management, preferably within the supply chain or luxury fashion sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
