Coach Manager, Site Experience

- Lead and drive the Coachtopia site roadmap, including product launches, content updates, and site experience enhancements.
- Manage site merchandising, including product uploads, sequencing, and shop assignments, with a focus on optimizing sales.
- Develop and implement site content strategies aligned with product strategies and past performance to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with Retail’s Site Operations and Tapestry Digital teams to implement site functionalities and experience improvements.
- Conduct business analysis to track product sales, shop performance, customer demographics, and key site metrics.
- Oversee the cross-selling of Coachtopia products on Retail and Outlet sites, ensuring effective execution and analysis.
- Supervise the Coachtopia Web Production Assistant to execute site strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent product sensibility and business-driven merchandising skills.
- Proficient in communication and presentation, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in digital systems; experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is advantageous.

Equivalent combination of education and experience in digital merchandising or eCommerce management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Base pay range: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00.
