1. Assist in the management and coordination of licensing agreements for soft accessories.
2. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the fashion retail sector.
5. Maintain and update licensing documentation and databases.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in licensing or marketing within the fashion industry is preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, preferably in licensing or marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
