1. Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet store.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
4. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
5. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
