1. Model and enforce sales strategies and operational processes to achieve company objectives.
2. Collaborate with Store and Assistant Managers to align decisions with company priorities.
3. Develop and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business within the local market.
5. Manage daily operational tasks and ensure adherence to Coach standards.
6. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed business decisions.
7. Recruit and develop team members to enhance store performance and customer service.
8. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members and management.
9. Maintain store aesthetics and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
