1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.

3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results.
5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong metrics and remain results-driven.
6. Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management.
7. Build credibility and trust with team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
9. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
10. Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections.
11. Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
12. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
13. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
14. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
15. Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
16. Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
