- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories to drive growth.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics and drive team selling.
- Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management to meet business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor, building credibility and trust with team and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to enhance brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
- Develop product knowledge skills and stay informed about current collections.
- Recruit and coach team members to meet staffing needs and performance goals.
- Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to elevate team standards.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, adapting to business needs.
- Maintain store upkeep in collaboration with the corporate office.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all Coach retail policies and procedures, including POS and operations.
- Support relationship building and clienteling efforts using Coach’s tools and technology.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
