Coach Lead Supervisor

- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across all categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Maximize floor supervisor role to achieve strong metrics through team selling.
- Hold sales team accountable for personal sales and productivity management.
- Enhance clienteling strategy in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to build credibility and trust with team and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business in the local market.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented and forward-thinking approach.
- Recruit and develop team members to meet staffing needs and business goals.
- Provide feedback and coaching to elevate team performance and achieve personal metrics.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards and adapt to business needs.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store with corporate office partnership.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS and operations.
- Leverage Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
