Coach Lead Supervisor

- Understand organizational objectives and collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team capabilities to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories to drive growth.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance store and financial results.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics and drive results through team selling.
- Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to achieve business goals.
- Build credibility and trust with team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with Store Manager(s) and/or District Manager as needed.
- Develop product knowledge skills and stay informed about current collections.
- Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, adapting to business needs.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building with corporate office partnership.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.
- Support relationship building and clienteling efforts using Coach’s tools and technology.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range $17.75 to $26.25 hourly.
