1. Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Model and develop team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
3. Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories to drive growth.
4. Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics and results.
6. Maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with management to meet business goals.
7. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, enhancing brand loyalty.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive business.
9. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
10. Develop product knowledge and awareness of current collections.
11. Recruit and develop team members to meet business needs.
12. Provide regular feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.
13. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
14. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
15. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
16. Ensure adherence to all Coach retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
3. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1-3 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
