1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

3. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail supervisory position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
