Coach Lead Supervisor

- Lead and supervise a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and software.
A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Base pay ranges from $17.50 to $27.00 per hour.
