Coach Lead Supervisor

- Lead and supervise retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to Coach's scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible work hours during peak retail periods.
- Provide actionable feedback and guidance to team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and trust.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to drive store performance and customer engagement.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficient in strategic planning and execution.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory position, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Base pay range from $19.00 to $27.00 per hour.
