1. Model exemplary performance behaviors to impact sales and operational processes.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to drive strong metrics and results.
5. Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
6. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
7. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
8. Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections.
9. Recruit and coach the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
10. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
11. Interact and communicate regularly with supervisors, maintaining professionalism.
12. Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
