Coach Lead Supervisor

- Lead and supervise a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training and development for team members.
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.

- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
