1. Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with management that align with company priorities and values.

3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.

12. Interact and communicate with supervisors regularly.
13. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
14. Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
