1. Lead and model sales and operational processes to drive store success.
2. Collaborate with Store and Assistant Managers to align decisions with company priorities.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies to enhance growth across all categories.
4. Maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
5. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
6. Manage daily operational tasks and adapt to business needs seamlessly.
7. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
8. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and encourage growth.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

3. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in retail systems and technology.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
