1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and drive sales.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team for stock replenishment.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Train and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
3. Ability to analyze sales reports and develop action plans to improve performance.

At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector, preferably in luxury or premium brands.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
