1. Oversee daily operations at the outlet store to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Ensure the brand's visual and merchandising standards are maintained.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail supervisory role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
