1. Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s).
2. Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results.
5. Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s).
6. Build credibility and trust with team and customers.
7. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
8. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented and forward-thinking manner.
9. Develop self and individual product knowledge skills.
10. Recruit and coach the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
11. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
12. Interact and communicate with supervisor(s) regularly.
13. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
14. Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
