1. Drive sales and operational processes to meet organizational objectives.
2. Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities.
3. Model and develop team adherence to Coach's selling and service expectations.
4. Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
5. Enhance clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
6. Serve as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and business within the local market.
7. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
8. Recruit and develop team members to meet staffing needs.
9. Provide regular feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.
10. Manage daily operational tasks in line with Coach standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

3. Proficiency in retail systems and technology.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
