1. Oversee daily operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets at the Tanger Outlets location.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and brand representation.
3. Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
5. Train and develop team members to uphold brand standards and operational excellence.
