1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain brand standards.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
6. Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
7. Coordinate with management to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
