1. Oversee daily operations within the outlet store to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to maximize sales.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail supervisory or management role is required.
