1. Oversee daily operations at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets location, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
4. Coordinate with the management team to execute marketing strategies and promotional events.
