1. Oversee daily operations at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets location, ensuring the store meets sales and profitability targets.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.

4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
